A Politician’s Plagiarism

Come on now, seriously? I’ve heard of teenyboppers ripping off original stories from accomplished writers and claim them as their own for their original fiction/fanfiction and I’ve heard of teenage students and college students paying other students to let them copy their homework for submission and good grades, but a politician stealing off original content from a foreign citizen blogger? Seriously?

Christmas Woes and a Happy New Year!

I will admit that I haven’t been attentive to my blog lately, but with the final month of 2011, you all know how it goes.

I was definitely looking forward to my Christmas with family last week when the evil monthly cramps attack just had to invade me on Christmas Eve. However, that’s not where the real woes come in. It came when I started to feel nausea on my stomach, and before I knew it, I was vomiting everything I have been consuming the entire day, even my daily tea habit and most especially water. I thought it was one of those times where I feel nausea the first day and then I’d feel well the next day and just wing it through the day. I opted not to go to Midnight Mass for choir because of my unhealthy condition, plus I might pass out in the middle of the mass, which can be very embarrassing.

Philippine LULZ: Dreaming of a Mac

Let’s just face it. Macs seriously cost an arm and a leg, but they’re every person’s dream system, especially for designers. They are never affordable wherever you go, even here at Apple’s homebase.

Anybody— just anybody— would seriously want a Mac. Even I want to have a Mac. I’ll even have to go so far as to having a mock Mac just so I can show the world that even a frugal person like me can also have a Mac. :(

Philippine LULZ: Filipino Spa

In the Philippines. rain or shine, the tropical humidity will always be at a high level 24/7/365.

Apparently, for some Filipinos, it’s not hot enough to enjoy a relaxing day at a spa resort, hot spring, onsen 1, you know the deal.

With all that, this is how they roll. Only in the Philippines.
